My Fitness Results

Fitness Test:

Because I wasn't there last week on Thursday I only have 1 set of results. So.... I'm going to talk about what I think about my scores.


Beep Test:

For the Beep test I got to try it out 2 times. The first didn't go that well but the second I got where I wanted to be

1. 3.2
2. 5.0

There is definitely a difference.

Grip Strength

My Score was a 21. To be honest I'm proud of myself. I actually thought I would get a lower number than what I got.

Sit Ups

I don't usually do sit ups and they aren't my best fitness but I'm happy with a 17.

Sit and Reach

For this one its pretty hard. You have to sit down and sit with your legs out straight in front of you and you reach to move the board with just your fingers. I reached 10.2 cm.

Vertical Jump test

For this one there are different stages, Standing and Jump height

Standing: 1.9
Jump height: 2.1

I'm happy with the scores that I got. I could do better but I'm happy!

  2. Your fitness test are good and it's okay that you didn't do fitness test that day because you did the last fitness test that we did at term 2!
