I am the Director, Kristille is the drawer and Asena is the camera girl. The story is about Kindness from Manakiitanga. Asena and Sita joined our group today so we are now a group of 6 which is perfectly fine. Adding another 2 people shows manakiitanga. Here is a photo of our story board and the progress... 

Calendar Art

For calendar art this week we have learnt to blend colours with paint. I really enjoyed painting, but I found it difficult to get crisp lines. First we sketch an outline. We started at the top and worked down.

Tree Art

For Our art we have been creating some amazing trees. These Trees tel us of the 4 seasons that we have. Winter, Summer, Spring and Autum. I made an amazing Tree. I am very proud of what I have made. We started these trees on the last week of term 2. I have always loved making art. The most challenging part of the prosess was to do the scrating on the seasons because you have to scratch very carefully. The easy part was making the tree Black because you only use one color and color that tree black. Here is my tree that I had finished.

Calender Art

This week we have been doing are calender art and I have just fininshed.We had 3 differnt opitions they were: koru,happy hearts and city/city scape. I chose koru becasue I loked the way they were done so I tried my own and this is what it turned ot to be like........ I loke it because it has all the leaves with the green and it also has lots of colour and if you can not notice I have put vivid on the lines so all of the pitcure can actullay stand out.

Penguin Art

WALT: Use paint to create the effect of feathers.

1. First we had to sketch a penguin 
2. Then we got black paint and painted the black bits on a penguin
3. When that dried the next day we got out the orange and yellow pant out and panted the orange and yellow bits 
4. When that dried we got out the white and green paint out to paint the white and the green for the eye.

I hope you have learned how to make a penguin by using these steps.
